My services
Individual therapy
Is a place to settle in and to be curious about your own thoughts, ideas, dreams, fears, feelings, and anything else. Much of how we live is in secrecy, trying to appear for others, living a life outwardly. Individual therapy can bring you back to your solid foundation.
The first few sessions are about you getting used to the space, sharing and trusting me. I will follow your lead! What you say is up to you, there are no expectations or prerequisites.
What has happened to you is not your fault. And for many, what a person does after the trauma almost makes them feel worse. It is common for a survivor to mismanage the stress and symptoms with habits that are more painful; arguing, anger, yelling, blaming, externalizing, being a victim, waiting for others to change, etc. This is real life strategy-making.
Let’s stop the snowball effect! Today is now a time to gain some footing. To regain some responsibility and to live your life as you want to, now, today.
Precise, individual, contextual, treatment for everyone.
My therapy practice is inclusive without judgement.
I welcome all clients.

About me!
Reach out!
I earned my license right before the impacts of the shut down from COVID. Miraculously, employment was verified at two incredible jobs, working for a rape crises center and working with a mobile crises unit. Both are in Sonoma County.
From these two jobs, I have been able to keep my faith in humanity. That we can help each other succeed and win over fear and scare. Many of our communities have trauma from years and years ago. Yet, helping each other out, communities are standing up for what is right.
Individuals too are now taking a leap of faith.
Welcome to one of your steps in your trauma recovery!
